What do I say about Kyle, Kyle not only stood by me when I was in trouble with the project management of my Acheson location. He took over the project, corrected all the deficiencies and got all the contractors on the same page to get the project rolling again.

We have been working as a subtrade with Dynamic General Contracting on several projects in the past 2 years and every time it was a great experience. Kyle the owner was very responsive to our requests and has provided great schedule and solutions to any problems.

Kyle and Celeste came and developed a laundry room and bathroom in our basement. It’s been almost a year now. And whenever I do laundry I just have to smile. The bathroom is used mostly by my son. And it cleans up so nice.

We are very pleased with Kyle and his team, Raelle & Melvin, and their work on a series of major exterior renos on our 1910 home during summer and fall 2021. This was our first time hiring contractors for such a major project and we have no regrets with our choice.

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job redoing our master bathroom! Kyle listened and brought our ideas to life. Communication was easy and he was honest when there was something that didn’t quite turn out right.

Everything went according to plan and super easy to deal with. I like having a contractor that is accommodating and quick with change orders to keep the plan on track.

We have worked with Kyle and his team on two projects now; an exterior door replacement including fixing floor and baseboard damage, and an exterior vent replacement that was leaking into our home. He was professional, came in under budget, and he worked hard to meet our time deadlines as we were moving.

Dynamic did a great job on both our new garage w/ rooftop patio (pictured), as well as framing, electrical, and drywall in our basement. Quotes were realistic based on proposed specifications, but more importantly all the paperwork and contracts were in order. Timelines were accurate, and change orders a rare occurrence.
